WildLight:JokersOfTheScene_ "It began... In Canada..."

Ottawa's Bob and Doug McKenzie (more familiarly recognized as Jokers of the Scene) were just part-time party DJs not too long ago, when off sprung a series of extra potent dance floor bombs that were soon recognized by some entirely significant names in the game, subsequently sending this duo on their way to the big time. These guys aren't joking around with their hectic work schedule, which includes playing all over the world (the boys are currently touring Europe) and being signed to the ever meritable Fool's Gold Records imprint owned and operated by fellow friends A-Trak & Nick Catchdubs. Their most anticipated work of 2008, the 'Acid Bagg' EP was an enormous success and is still being played out across the globe in every club near and far. With amazing remixes completed for the likes of Brodinski, Water Lilly & St. Plomb, fellow Canadians Nacho Lovers, and the ever formidable Congorock, these dudes have made an astounding mark on the world. If all of this wasn't enough, they are also the founding fathers of the infamous Canadian Ipod Battles, which indeed look to be absolutely insane! Enjoy some of their finer workings, they're sure to make you groove on over to Beatport to support em! Enjoy!
